We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for non-defective items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

• Used or installed products
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
• Custom or special order items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
