A pond specialist will spend up to 30 minutes on-site assessing your water quality, pump and filtration, UV system, fish health, plants, algae and overall pond condition. We’ll identify any issues and advise you on the best next steps.

We’ll explain what we’ve found, what needs attention and how urgently it should be addressed. If further work is required, we can provide a quote for the recommended service.

No. The $99 covers the assessment itself and there is no obligation to proceed with any further work.

If you proceed with an eligible pond service of $500 or more, the full $99 assessment fee is credited towards that service.
